The Clubhouse is Available for Your Family's Enjoyment

The Clubhouse is available for rent for residents of Pierce Bluffs. 

• The fee is $50 plus a $100 deposit that must be paid in advance to ensure rental.
• Homeowner must be present throughout the event.
• Residents must make a reservation to use the Gathering Room. 
• The Gathering Room is available on a first come, first serve basis from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week in 6 hour blocks of time.
• Maximum capacity is 40.
• The exclusive use of the pool cannot be a part of any reservation.
• You should review the complete rules before making a reservation.
